S1NEO gives you the possibility to order catalogs or "MyS1NEO Bike" products directly on its website. All products ordered can be delivered via a directly to your home or in one of our "S1NEO CENTER", choice available when validating your basket at the delivery stage
S1NEO gives you the possibility of ordering through its website all the products, catalogs, accessories and products configured via its website www.s1neo.com
The company S1NEO, just like the delivery point, cannot be held responsible for a possible entry error by the customer when confirming his order.
S1NEO products are products entirely personalized by the customer, therefore and according to article L 121-20-2 of the consumer code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. for any order of a personalized product. No exchange or refund can therefore be made on S1neo bicycle and frame products. In addition, the company S1neo cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure caused by an event or a problem of a logistical or human nature (natural disasters, conflicts, blockages or demonstrations) causing delays. The accessories ordered may be refunded and / or exchanged within 7 days of the order date.
Confirmation of your order
The order validation can be done only via our website but also through our sales department. Our customer service will then issue an order form with the details of this one. It will have to be validated by the customer with the mention “good for agreement” date and signature on the said document. The deposit will be taken as proof for final validation and launch of the production.

Delivery of your order
All the products ordered can be delivered to your home or via our "S1NEO CENTER" network, a choice available when you validate your basket at the delivery stage. Or directly to the personal address of your choice if you wish to receive it directly at another address.
We deliver all over the world via our partner network.
Transport prices can change depending on the period, the context (covid for example) or even disasters or incidents causing a revaluation of the prices in force.
Please note that the delivery of your order by a store is limited to the simple transmission of your package. Any assemblies and adjustments will have to be dealt with directly with your store or by you if necessary.
Payment of your order
Your order will be validated by our customer service once the payment of the deposit has been validated in accordance with the conditions specific to the method of payment (validated by our sales department).
The information depending on the chosen payment method will be notified to you when validating the payment step and mentioned again in the body of the confirmation order email.
No deliveries can take place without payment of the entire product. The transfer of ownership of the goods delivered by us is delayed until full payment of the sale price. (including VAT and shipping costs) of the goods concerned.
In the event of non-payment within 14 days (after receipt of the invoice for the balance), the S1neo company reserves the right to investigate the "disputed" file and/or initiate a recovery procedure. The cancellation of said order can also be decided. If necessary, the sale of the personalized bike ordered will be ordered and only the receipt of payment by the new purchaser will trigger the reimbursement of the deposit and/or the sums paid by the initial customer. A deduction for change of collection, promotional period or compensation for delays may also be applied (terms mentioned by email) in the event of investigation of the dispute.
Confidentiality - Protection of personal data

Warranty and after-sales service
"S1neo" frames are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects for a minimum period of 3 years, see 5 years on our Made in France frames, the warranty is extended if the purchaser has opted for an extension (refer to the chapter on warranty extensions “chapter 2”). This warranty takes effect from the date of purchase. It is only granted for normal use of the bicycle. The company S1neo cannot also be responsible in the event of bad choice of size or position emanating from the customer which could lead to constraints. or after-sales service on S1neo products (Frame Kit) or a component.
All components mounted on "S1neo" bikes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum period of one year and this according to the guarantee clauses specific to the brand. of the component. In any case, the company S1neo Cycles can not be held responsible for mechanical problems beyond 30 days of use. This period is called adaptation and a few small adjustments may be required. Our S1neo CENTER partner stores can give us a quote or a defect if the customer has taken the step of coming to see this technician. Regarding our REP'R network, here again the exclusive (itinerant) partner can, after establishing an expertise, tell us about the concerns encountered by the customer.
The warranty of the components takes effect from the date of purchase and in strict compliance with the conditions of use and procedures set out in the instructions for the product in question.
In addition, components, such as telescopic forks (if MTB), complete wheels and hydraulic brakes, are themselves subject to the conditions of the manufacturers concerned who will ensure themselves the processing of the manufacturer's warranty.
The finishes (paints) are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. It is only granted for normal use of the bicycle.
For any warranty claim, the buyer must provide proof of the date of purchase of the bicycle to our services, which will carry out a first diagnosis. The assumption of the guarantee must be validated by the "S1neo" After-Sales Service. The buyer must present the completed warranty certificate as well as the invoice for the bike where the serial number will appear.
The guarantees are implemented with the approval of our technical services. No return will be accepted postage due. The postage fees are paid by the client. Labor costs for the replacement of a frame, are supported by the company "S1neo" within a period of two years minimum from the date of purchase of the bike as well as the costs of returns.
If a part is under warranty, it will be replaced by an identical or corresponding new part. Despite everything, the company "S1neo" cannot guarantee the constant supply of some parts, or frame, or even some colors. If an incident or an exceptional period (covid for example), the deadline will then be communicated but may be exceeded regardless of our will.
For warranty replacements of a frame, frame kit, parts or other similar elements but which would lead to the replacement of certain parts following compatibility problems, the company "S1neo" undertakes to deliver compatible parts free of charge within a minimum period of two years from the date of purchase of the bicycle.
After this period, the cost of purchasing these parts will be borne by the customer after acceptance of an estimate, established in advance (when taking over the warranty).
A Crash Replacement program is also possible (on request) in order to limit the costs for the customer in the context of a repeat purchase.
The warranty applies in the following cases :
– on bicycles or frame kits purchased via our site or our sales department called direct sales.
– on bicycles or frame kits purchased via our site via one of our "S1neo Center", our retailers program.
– on bikes or frame kits purchased through our configurator and delivered to one of our "S1neo Center" our retailers program.
– to the first owner of the bike. Indeed, the warranty cannot be transferred to a buyer in the event of second-hand resale of said "Vélo S1neo".
– under normal use. In the event of a support request (after-sales service) or warranty request, an analysis will then be ordered to confirm the said "normal use".
The guarantee does not apply in the following cases :
– if the bicycle is used outside its intended purpose and technical performance.
– if insufficient maintenance or negligence on the part of the purchaser is observed.
– in the event of accidents or other abnormal and excessive conditions of use.
– in the event of a modification made to the "S1neo" bicycle without the prior written authorization of the "S1neo" company.
– in the event of the impact of external elements or agents (natural disasters, fire, humidity, etc.)
– in the event of a bad choice on the size or a defect in position which could lead to constraints on the frame kit.
– in the event of use in a manner that does not comply with technical and safety standards (tightening torque not respected, poor maintenance). In case of absence, marking of the torque at respect please contact us.
The parts listed below are part of the so-called "wear" parts, and are only guaranteed under the terms of the manufacturer brand. The lifespan of these may vary depending on the maintenance and conditions of use by the purchaser.

Important ! The hangers have a limited lifespan, it varies according to the brands (therefore refer to the warranty clauses thereof), especially after an impact, a shock, or a fall.

2. Extended Warranty
The purchaser can at the time of the purchase of his bicycle or frame "S1neo", subscribe to an extension of guarantee.
This extension only covers all "S1neo" parts and not assembled parts from other partner manufacturers.
Warranty extensions available :
– Warranty extension 4 years (Warranty valid for 4 years instead of 3 years initially)
– 5-year warranty extension (Warranty valid for 5 years instead of 2 years initially)
The price of this extension is set at 149 € per additional year. This service is there to allow you to operate and evolve with your bike in peace. This also opens by default the crash replacement program with a 25% discount valid on a new frame kit.
3. Legal advice and provisions
Legal provisions relating to the practice of cycling on public roads
If you want to ride a bicycle on public roads, your bicycle must be equipped according to the regulations of your country. Your specialist dealer will inform you about the safety obligations as a cyclist depending on your country.
Familiarize yourself with the rules of the road in your country for driving on and off the roads.
Particular attention will be paid to the equipment imposed on your bicycle, in particular the lighting kit as well as the reflectors (reflectors).
Recommended tightening torques for certain components of your bike (refer to your bike's user manual). IF this notice (sent by email after delivery) is lost, contact our services and we will send you this one by return email. To ensure the reliability of your bike, it is essential to tighten the component screws with maximum care and to check them regularly. Preferably use a torque wrench that cuts as soon as the required tightening torque is reached. Also refer to the instructions provided by the component manufacturers.
